The proposal is for a pedestrian bridge at koyambedu - Chennai's most busiest locality with the Mrts and other commercial buildings around.
 

Crossing has been a major issue for the pedestrians in this junction and a pedestrian bridge will ease the mobility of the urban crowd.
 

The proposed foot bridge is a continuous open path with alternate wood and fluted glass screens on either side providing a barrier from the noise around.
